I was reading another blog of fellow sister and she reminds us all not to forget to pray for each other. Let us not just involve ourselves in prayer for just the things we want but let us pray for the needs of our brothers, sisters and people from all over the world.
Genesis 4:9-19
King James Version (KJV)
9 And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper?
The answer is yes! The lord see’s our hearts and knows what we do and say.
Le us be there for each other in times of need and in our everyday prayers. I want to pray more and be more than I am for the lord God. He provides so much for us each day and we should be giving thanks and praying for the things that he he holds dear and near. I used to say that i was not my brothers keeper, but now that I know the lord I know this is not true. That doesn’t mean that I take on the world burdens but that I pray for the worlds burdens and let the lord do his will.
2 Chronicles 7:14
New International Version (NIV)
14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humblethemselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgivetheir sin and will heal their land.
