This is Holy Week! The day will soon be a time of when our lord and savior was crucified and risen again. It is a time for us to give honor to our king. As sons and daughters of the” Most High God” let us reflect on what has happened to us since last year at this time. My life has taken on new meaning. I moved the page over to wordpress a year ago on that Sunday and what has happened to me has been amazing.

I went to work because I was laid off for three years up until this point and started my work for the lord. The devil didn’t like that move so he tried to put obstacles in my path. The lost of friends and sisters , but the gain of many more here on the blog which is now open to men. What started off as a page for sisters is now a page for us all from all around the world.

Also a new group of friends, a marriage of a dear friend, and a new postion that the lord promised a year ago. Talk about confirmation!!

All because I let go and Let God have the control. The release of giving all that I am to him. The renewl of a friendship that lead to a wonderful book. “Power In the Blood” that has taken my life by storm. It’s in the Goodreads column. Again I say embrace him with all your heart and then you will see a blessing like no other! Amen!

It’s amazes me even to this day that we think we have control! For the longest time I wouldn’t give my life fully to the Lord! Oh I thought I did once I was save, but let me tell you I didn’t. I was only kidding myself.
I would give God only half of myself. When I got laid off was the time that I stopped and looked at what the Lord was trying to teach me. That was when I started the sistersforchrist Facebook page and God reveal all things because I gave him control that I never had.
You may be thinking what does she mean by this? Well you never had control to begin with. The Lord always had it! And when you let go emotionally he will give you the desires of your heart and for you to follow his will for your life. That mean emotional,financially, physically,and spiritually.
What I’m saying is look at your life, is it where you need to be? If you answer no then look and see if you have released control to the father.
